How to use this calculator
Metro Region
Please note: If you own a combination of country and
metropolitan land and wish to calculate your land tax and MRIT, you will need
to contact us.
Aggregated Taxable Value
- If only one taxable property is owned, please enter the taxable value of that single taxable property.
- If more than one taxable property is owned, add the taxable values together and enter the aggregated taxable value.
Assessment Year
The calculator defaults to the current assessment
year. The assessment year is the financial year following each 30
June. For example, where taxable land is owned at midnight 30 June
2019 the assessment is for the 2019-20 financial year.
